The Company intends to seek the services of an experienced building construction Contractor for a period of three years, to help the Company realise medium sized new building/ refurbishment of existing building and landscaping projects within Mina Al Fahal Industrial and Ras Al Hamra residential areas in Muscat. All such small to medium sized projects, with a Company estimate less than OMR 775,000 are likely to be assigned to this Call off service Contractor as per price agreement entered with the Company through this Contract. On an average, the annual turn over of this Contract is estimated to be OMR 1.9 million. The Contractor under this Umbrella Contract, shall be familiar with the following types of projects • Construction of new buildings with all necessary building services (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical & Fire detection system) and Hook-up services • Modification/ refurbishment of old buildings like changing of floors finishes, wall finishes, doors & windows, painting, building services and building extension etc. • Landscaping projects • Roads, culverts and foot paths • Procurement of Company specified Materials, which do not form a part of unit rates. • Procurement of third party services This Contract is for the provision of procurement, construction, commissioning and management Services for the Company’s infrastructure facilities.
